Not working

Was looking forward to using this because I’m grieving the loss of my mom but it will not let me create a new account it doesn’t do anything I’m super disappointed

Amazing… at first

At first this app was amazing. I was able to store his messages and then call him when I missed him. But I have been unable to access my account for a month and my emails for help have gone unanswered. I’ve had to cancel my subscription. So disappointed

Really Upsetting!!

I lost my 14 year old daughter tragically and now I can’t access all the messages I sent her. This is so traumatic for me. I keep emailing them with no response. This is horrible to do to people.

Is this app not working anymore?

I’ve used this app for a few months now. Suddenly I can’t get into it anymore. I really loved this app. Very upsetting if it is not available anymore
