Hallo, das tut uns leid! 🙏 Ein paar kurze Fragen: - App neu gestartet / synchronisiert? - Welche App-Version und welches Gerät? - Ist die Wallet noch unter "Manage Wallets" gelistet (nur mit 0 Guthaben)? Ihre Coins sind an die Seed Phrase gebunden, nicht lokal gespeichert, das ist sehr wahrscheinlich ein Sync-/Anzeigefehler, kein Verlust der Coins.

Please add support for the iOS screenreader- VoiceOver

The bottom tabs need to be labeled. The transaction button needs to be labeled. All button elements need to be labeled so that the iOS screenreader can read them. Blind users deserve to be able to use this app.

This wallet is headquartered in Hong Kong. I can’t access my funds. I have the 12 word passcode or the seed phrase but I am unable to get to my wallet. This is the kind of wallet that gives crypto a very bad name. In addition their X account is run by a bunch of rude unprofessionals

Stay Away from this app!!Unable to do basics

For some reason I couldn’t buy any crypto so I transferred from a different wallet. Tried to convert from bitcoin to Ethereum but it keep saying I don’t have enough bitcoin in my account. Despite have a few hundred in my account it wouldn’t even let me change $1 worth, saying theirs not enough bitcoin in my account and to make it all worse,
**you can’t even get a hold of anyone to help or any support unless you pay!***

Thanks for your feedback. The “not enough Bitcoin” message usually appears when the network fee is higher than the amount you’re trying to swap - even small swaps require enough BTC to cover miner fees. Our support email - support.unstoppable@protonmail.com

Great setup Great Wallet…but

When I receive funds in the wallet it doesn’t show that the funds are there. Even when I scroll downward to refresh the app. I have to force close it and re open it to be able to see the funds. Also the swap feature needs work. It works on & off. Yesterday and today when I selected the coins I wanted to swap it kept saying approving and got stuck there. Even with trying multiple different coins and multiple Dexs. I’ve been having to send funds out of the wallet and swap in other wallets that work flawlessly with the same Dexs that I wasn’t able to swap with in the unstoppable wallet. I really wanna make this wallet my 1st go to hot wallet. But with the unreliable swap feature I’m not able to. Hopefully they are able to fix it or improve the swap feature.
