This is an amazing app for summarizing and working on active recalling everyday after lectures. I find it very helpful and keeps all the information I’ve learned stay relevant. I only wish this app work make flash cards with a bit more vocabulary words but the ones it creates are very helpful. I also sometimes when I do quizzes with a mix of fill in the blank and true and false and multiple choice the answers and questions starts to glitch a bit. Having the same multiple answer choices or not having a black for the fill in the words on the fill in the blank questions. Overall a great app tho with more updates I’m sure this app will be my holy grail

Not that worth it .
It’s really not that worth it . If you want to study it’s actually better if you don’t use unstuck. I turned it on to record a class and when I tried to use it later I couldn’t understand it .

Does not let you chat, the customer service is bad, you can’t open the app when you need it and it doesn't not let you chat or do something more. Very useless it's better to text to speech on a doc than this. The transcript it bad. I want my money back. Very useless app.

It's pretty bad the app takes too long too open and the notes are bad. Like why did I pay more than $100 and later gave me a pro opinion for another $100? It shouldn’t be more than $50 if it doesn’t do a good job.

App not loading
I’ve used this app since August. Sometimes the lecture doesn’t load, now I’m tryin to log in and the stays loading. I log in through the website it takes a while and the option to make notes I no longer see. Help.
APP wont record class
App wont record keeps taking me back to beginning then to the paying for app part

App won’t even load half the time and unless you sit in the front row of your lecture it doesn’t pick up half the words said👎👎
Not working
I have tried multiple times to record my lectures and it only records a couple minutes and then cuts off. I paid 100 for the year and I am hoping for a refund.
Needs more work on the interface
It is difficult to delete classes and quizzes. After a certain amount of time all the quizzes start to add up. Sometimes you accidentally make flash cards and quizzes and you can’t delete them. The result is a ton of useless quizzes and flash cards that you didn’t intend to make. Yet they sit there until the end of time. Then there is the reliability of the app working in the moment. For as much money as is asked for this app it should be reliable. This brings me to the next point. I was going to pay month by month as I didn’t need it for the entire year. However instruck took the liberty in charging me for the entire year. Then when I tried speaking with customer service they took several days to reply and the solution was press cancel on the subscription renewal. Which didn’t matter anymore considering I was charge 129 dollars. That was simply upsetting. When the system does work it works well. When it doesn’t it is useless. There have been times I have been really needing the app to record my class. Only to find out that the system can’t process my lecture. Making the entire act useless. Not to mention unfortunate since the class was vital. I feel if I pay as much as I did for the app it should be awesome. All these bugs of course were not present during my trial of course. During the trial this app was humming. The very first lecture after I was charged? CRASH. I don’t know man needs more work. Perhaps get some humans working there as opposed to AI doing everything down to customer service. Machines are just not there yet when it comes to overseeing customer service.

The app doesn’t work
I tried uploading my notes to the app a few times but it didn’t save even though it said it did. I tried to upload my notes to make a quiz to study but it didn’t work.
Charged for an account that no longer exists
This app wasn’t worth the hype and I had trouble getting the notes and audio to upload. I had signed up for a weekly subscription and cancelled it. I made sure before deleting my account and the app. I had to update my phone and thought it was weird when the App Store kept asking me to add a payment method but wouldn’t accept the Apple Cash. As soon as I added payment my account was charged by them but luckily Apple refunded me when I showed them proof that I had unsubscribed and didn’t even have the app on my phone anymore. They’ve ignored my messages asking for an explanation for the past two days. Funnily enough they’d respond within a day when i was dealing with technical issues but now they’ve gone radio silent. I see other users have had this happen as well. I’d advise anyone who tries the app to ask them to confirm that they cancelled your subscription so you can easily get a refund from Apple. I’ve made sure to report Unstuck too.

The app is not working properly
The app does not work properly right now. I initially it transcribed my lectures well but now I cant trust it to work because it would be after the lecture I would get an error message that it did not transcribe. Not good for video transcription as well and I had subscribed for a year.
Sadly No Help
I had this account for almost a year and everything was working fine but yesterday unstuck ai only replied to my questions with blank responses. I tried everything to see what the problem was and nothing helped. I contacted customer support and have not gotten any help. I paid over 100 dollars for this and it’s not working and I don’t know why.

Worst App Ever!!!!!!
I literally paid for premium!!! Only for the app to not work. I will be getting a refund because I did not pay premium just to be kicked out the app every minute. I deleted the app and downloaded the app and I’m having the same problem.

I’m in my last semester of nursing school, and this app has been a lifesaver! I can easily record the many many lectures and convert them into a summary to review later. Thank you!!

I’ve never seen such an unreliable app. My files have been stuck at 19% for almost a week because the website isn’t working. There’s also the stupid side bar that’s blocking the quizzes. Half the questions and answers are cut off so I can’t do them. The app refuses to upload anything as well. It tells me that the download was successful but when I try to create quizzes or flashcards there’s no option. I’ve tried uploading directly when creating quizzes/flashcards but it tells me I already have that file. Imagine charging 100/year for this garbage. Use Gauth Ai, Gizmo or Knowt. Zero issues with these apps

Good overall app
Works well but sometimes the app is down even though I’ve paid for it and I can’t use it but its constantly improving and the app hasn’t been down for a little while
WASTE OF MONEY
Deleted my lecture after i recorded the whole thing! It also won’t let me listen to any of my notes from the past. Very Glitchy and just a weird app. It definitely is not worth the 80 dollars believe me! Another thing is the recording picks up every background noise so most of the time the recording is off! So if someone next to me is talking it will start to pick up what they are saying and then its in the transcript! All I’m saying is that there needs to be less bugs/ things wrong with this app before I even think about buying it again. Including making the price cheaper because it is definitely not worth 80 dollars!
