How does Untabbed work?
Untabbed allows you to open a bar tab from your phone at partner venues. You can then order drinks from anywhere, and you'll receive a pickup code when your order is ready. This eliminates the need for physical cards or waiting at the bar.
Can I send drinks to friends with Untabbed?
Yes, you can send a round of drinks to any friend at a partner bar, even if you are not present. They will receive a pickup code at their bar, and you pay from your phone.
Does Untabbed have ads?
No, Untabbed is ad-free, allowing for an uninterrupted user experience.
What is the age requirement for Untabbed?
You must be 21 years or older to order drinks using Untabbed. The app uses Stripe Identity for age verification with a real ID.
How are payments handled in Untabbed?
Stripe handles all payments securely. Your card number is never seen by Untabbed. You can tip per drink or on the whole tab, and tabs automatically close at last call.
Where is Untabbed available?
Untabbed is currently live at participating bars on the US East Coast. A live map within the app shows partner bars near you.
Is my location data shared?
Your location is used solely to find nearby bars and is never shared with other users. This ensures your privacy while using the app.
