This is the best beer review and logging app. Period. I have used this for years and the badges are always a fun bonus!

Fix VPN Compatibility
The app doesn’t work if you enable a VPN on your phone when on a public, unsecured WiFi. No reason for this at all. All of my other apps work fine and the developers know how to handle this. This is literally the only app I have that seems to think it needs to block VPN access.
So improved from early years
The app works well and is so much less cumbersome than the early years. I enjoy tracking the beers I’ve tried. There are two things I dislike about the app. One is that I get an email from Untapped every time I log a beer. The other is that I’ve been told that breweries pay a steep cost to use untapped, so a few small town breweries we’ve been to are no longer on Untapped. I don’t have any specific knowledge about this.

Easy beer cataloging
Easy to use. Seems to be very up to date with the latest beers all the time. Relativity few ads and they’re relevant. I don’t like in-app achievements generally, but with this app, I enjoy them.

An honest review
As an alcoholic having somewhere where I can have all the ratings of all the beers I’ve tried has been a life saver. Long day at work? 2 cases of orange is the new ale. After the two cases I can go back to the store and no matter how I feel I can look up to see what other beers I enjoy.
Capture the moment
I enjoy capturing the moment of that beer. I tell my friends all the time, “There are life stories being told on UnTappd”. 😁
