The organizers simply stole all the money that was on the bracelets. I had about 300 dirhams left on my bracelet, after the end of the festival I sent a letter asking for a refund, they replied that they would return it in 2 weeks, it has been more than a month since that moment and now they simply do not respond.
Do not put in any amount more than the amount you want to spend, they will not return anything to you!
Also, at the festival, everything costs 5 times more than it actually is. For example the cheapest water is 25 aed!!

Wristbands queues
It took us hours to collect our wristbands
Although we booked the tickets and checked in
We had also to collect wristbands which took us hours of queuing
We missed our favourite show for that
Also the no food or beverage is allowed to bring from outside and no cash or card allowed inside as well to buy from the venue
We had to take another crazy long queue to charge our wristbands to use it to buy
Prices inside are beyond crazy
Smallest btl of water is 25 bucks!!!! Which is only 1 Dh or less ourside !!!
