Extremely difficult to top up
We were five persons with VIP bracelets. We had to change two wristbands like we have been asked, and for the others we have been able to top up once, and then impossible.
Organisation couldn’t help. Thankfully some bars were accepting credit card.
However we could have spent way more money if we could pay by card everywhere.
We are here to enjoy the festival and relax, not having informaticien studies.
The festival was amazing except on this.

Top up using the app and then I had to wait in a 30 minute queue to do the online top up activation
I had an unpleasant experience using this app during the Untold Festival. After topping up my wristband through the app, I was surprised to find out that I still had to wait in a 30-minute queue just to activate the online top-up. This completely defeats the purpose of having an app-based top-up system. The process was inefficient, confusing, and left many people frustrated. Please fix this system for future events, an online top-up should be seamless and not require in-person confirmation.

During busy times the app does not load any information regarding the concert and availability .
It’s nice
Taking a star off for the useless icons on the map not telling you what it is. A lot of them just say the category, not giving any details. For example: almost all the food vendors are just called “food”. Doesn’t give you any clue as to what kind of food there is.

It gets a little slow but so far no problems. Great information and thanks for representing my hometown, Cluj Napoca. I reside in USA now.

Hi me and my friends just purchased our tickets, entered the details via the app to check in and in end the account was blocked. How can we unblock our account?
