User reviews

Blank Screen

I’m running iOS 16 and the app doesn’t ever load. It’s just a blank white screen after walking through the permissions wizard.

Terrible App

This app is a total mess. Have the menu options take you to the web site. The only UI options you can change are the banner color. So hard to find information Very difficult to read. The app is like someone just learned how to make an app for the very first time. It doesn’t follow any iOS UI guidelines. Start over.

Didn’t work. Doesn’t work. No help

Login. Click you accept. Login. Click to accept. Tech support is there just to frustrate with the same questions. Luckily I can FaceTime my doctor otherwise I would demand in person visits. Such a joke.

Worked great!

I was a little skeptical to use it when I saw all the bad reviews, but I had an easy time with it. I’ve only used it once, but I got the code immediately and the call was clear.

Not user friendly

Unable to log in. I never received an e-mail with a code from my MD office to input into the app and just keep getting kicked out. This app is not intuitive nor easy to use. Even finding the app to download was difficult because it is called “UofU Virtual Care” but the instructions the university gives lists to download the “MyChart” App.
