ID verification problem
it doesn’t allow me to scan my ID. I’ve spent more than half an hour, and their system was unable to detect it. I feel like the borders and the size of it doesn’t make sense, and isn’t suitable to capture the documents.
Identity identification does not work
If you do not have an Austrian ID you cannot identify yourself with this app. Wanted to take advantage of the great prepaid deal of EUR 22.99 for unlimited data, but it was impossible. The Drei Store could not do it either. Had to get the XL plan with EUR 15 activation. So, EUR 45 instead of EUR 22.99.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Within the activation process you can identify yourself once with your identification docs (passport, ID card, driving license), ID Austria or banking app. Only you can complete the activation process. Kind regards, your Drei Team
