Kabhi Time se update nahi hota tumhara ye dabba application, aaj 17 tarikh he or meter reading last update hua he 12 Ko kyu? Bhajiye talk rahe ho kya penalty lagna chahiye tum logo par bhi 👎
Useless like other government apps
Most of the features don’t work or works with very limited capabilities i.e. we cannot export reports in pdf format to compare. Compare screen app changes orientation automatically but there is no option to restore orientation again so you have to restart the app. Date wise comparison doesn’t work.

Worst experience ever. I raised complaints 2-3 times but never got any response. Even when someone picks up the call, they talk rudely and don’t solve the issue. Totally useless service.
