The only bad thing is trying to cancel your membership....No idea how to cancel this from my iPhone. However the app is great depending on the celebrity you are interested in.
Very Confusing
I wanted to subscribe to a certain artist. I was under the impression I selected the artist but hadn't. Now I can't even find how to cancel the membership in order to get the new one. It allows you to on the actual website but since it was an in ap purchase I must go thru iTunes which is pointless on my iPhone. Very disappointed

Love this app and all that comes along with it. If you haven't checked it out yet & looked to find your favorite celeb, you need to - its worth it! Also, customer service is impeccable. Always responsive through twitter & always keeping their users in know. This means a ton in my book! A well deserved 5 stars from me.

It may be a great app but I don't need yet another monthly charge. I am surprised that the group I follow would expect its fans to pay. Deleted the app immediately. Oh well.

You need to get this app. Unseen looks into the lives of your favorite artists daily! I've been following Hillsong UNITED and I couldn't be any happier! Like a kid with his birthday cake.
Love this App
I've had the app for a little over a month. It was great out of the box and continues to get better all the time. The communication with the Upfront staff is unreal for a company of this type. In the month I've been an Upfront member I've had texts and voice mails from members of HU and seen live streams from Hillsong Sidney, Hillsong NYC as well as from their current US tour. They've also set up meet and greets at all of the HU shows on the tour. And that's in addition to the pictures and videos loaded onto the app by HU.

Annoying
I cancelled my subscription because I receive impersonal spam telemarketer-like recorded calls from Maxwell at all hours all the time….in the middle of the night and very early in the morning my phone starts ringing….and its some pointless impersonal message. I turned off the option to receive calls…..and I am still getting them all the time…..its insane. I would not recommend this service….I subscribed to the top tier option and found nothing interesting or really worth it.
