too many glitches
lags a lot to the point where i have to keep restarting the app to use it. i can see the concept being beneficial in a remote work setting but there’s better ways to give people feedback.
Why?
As an employer I see why this app is loved, as an employee I like it at first but now the app sends me notifications everyday multiple times a day telling me I have a message. I click the notification and it reads “nothing to see here” I turned off notifications completely. This defeats the purpose of feedback from my employer as I won’t know the moment I get a message and I most likely will never check the app unless I’m told to now.

I’ve never seen a single tool transform my business to this extent. This is an absolute game changer and a must-have for anyone in frontline employee management!
