App crashes when i select study, waiting for fix

These are the old USCG questions. You might see a few on the test but I’d rather use lapware. This app is great for the chart plot practice tests though. As of 07/2024 the App is no longer working.
Rip Off
I paid for this app and when you open it it kicks me off and will not let me go to anything to study or test. Everyone here at my place of employment had it and it’s done the same for everyone else as well. Probably worth suing to get everyone’s money back
App keeps crashing
As of June 18th 2024 the app keeps crashing when trying to use study mode, making the app pointless. This was great for Rules of the Road, but it needs to be updated!

Was great now not functional
App closes soon after opening or whenever you hit the practice tab. Definitely needs to be updated or removed from the AppStore.

Ive tried reinstalling the app but still the same it would automatically closed when i try to study any materials. Im trying to study for third mate but I’ve mistakenly checked the captain, however, it was working before until recently. Please advise
App does not work
I just recently purchased this App, after downloading I tried to use it, it once it opens a test it shows the test for a second then crashes, if I try to choose something besides the Master Unlimited test it crashes,
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, a couple times, each time the same results, I have sent email stating this to Phillips Apps, it said to wait 48 hours for a reply, it’s been 3 days no reply yet. I would really like the App to work, I hope there is something they can do, if not refund my money, at least contact me and let me know they are aware of my situation and are working on it.
As of now, I would not recommend this to anyone, if the App maker contacts me and works with me to get this App working and it works properly, I would recommend it

Wrong answers
Is it just me, or are some of these questions wrong? Does anyone else notice this?
Incorrect answer
I have found an incorrect answer in one of the questions given by the app. The app states you show the day shape ,diamond ,regardless of the length of tow, yet the USCG nav law book states it is only shown if the length of the tow exceeds 200meters. Am I just not understanding something?

No longer functional
I used this app extensively in the past and it was great. It has bot been updated in 7 years now (?) and is no longer functional. Constantly crashes and cannot be used to study or take practice exams. Hopefully it will be updated and some point in the future but avoid it for now.

I love this app I have used it for years but they need to update the question bank to the new 2019 questions.

Broken App
I have been using this for about six months. About a month ago, whenever I click on the study tab at the bottom of the Home Screen it closes the app out. Making this completely useless.
App is dead. No longer works.
As my title says. App no longer works. Very disappointing. Used to be a good resource.
