Bought a square frame, but I can’t pair it with my direto trainer. The square says I have to update the trainer software. But your upgrado app doesn't work, I can't register or login to update direto firmware
Worked fine. Easily did the upgrade
Had no difficulties successfully completing my upgrade. App is easy to use.
Connection issues

Do not use if your trainer is connecting successfully
I should have read the other reviews and not bothered. I was able to connect to Zwift before the update attempt. The update has failed after dozens of attempts. Now my suito will connect to Zwift, but it says there’s no signal. All other Bluetooth devices have been turned off, I have unplugged and plugged in the power cord several times, and have cycled off/on my phone’s Bluetooth. My phone has a strong connection to WiFi and mobile data is turned on. Do not bother unless you are not planning to ride inside anytime soon, and can wait for 3-4 days until customer service can reach back out to you.

Had no trouble, followed the instructions which are minimal, and it updated several components in the trainer successfully.
Completely useless
I really like my Suito trainer but this app is broken. My update was stuck at 18% for over 10 hours. Tried two more times with no luck. Please fix this Elite!
HORRENDOUS
Completely useless app…. Connects to the trainer but get stuck at 14% when updating the firmware. Even let it “updating” overnight and it didn’t finish.
Activation term date expired
Won’t allow me to login to the app with the above error, password rest gives me the same error… New activation states account already active and to try password reset…. Support links go to a 404 page. Wow!

Why do I have to create an account just to update the firmware on a device that I paid for? I’m fed up of companies doing this only then to get hacked at a later date and then lose my data
Connected first time but no updates
No issues with the app, possibly a little disappointed that this wasn’t an embedded feature in other elite apps and that my trainer hasn’t received a firmware update since launch
