Can’t log in
As soon as they updated,I can’t log in anymore. It goes through my face recognition but then asks me to import or create new wallet. Why isn’t it letting me sign in? Will someone help.
Check your FILES for a folder from this app
Seriously, check to look for a dedicated folder with logo from this app, in your Files on iOS. May even be in your iCloud folders also. It reads” DO NOT DELETE “ suspicious indeed.
Transferring
There was no issues transferring xrp into the wallet..but now I’m trying to transfer it out and what a surprise it doesn’t let me! Keeps having an error.. same issue as other reviews..so glad I didn’t transfer all my xrp and just sent 20.. won’t be using this wallet ever again!
Only supports Btc, Eth and Xrp
Not much good unless you only hold Bitcoin, Etherium and XRP ??? Not sure who thought this would be a good idea ! What a waste of time - downloading, setting up and now deleting thanks very much Uphold Labs 👍
Vanished account and xrp in it…….
Never had a problem with this wallet until I funded it with 13 coins just testing its out. Tried to send them back to my robinhood and it locked ten for reserve and I couldn’t get the three out so I left them to sit until I decided to buy more to store and all of a sudden I’m signed out. And was put on read only after recovery was done. What a sham now I’m taking all my coins from off of uphold

Horrible Wallet
I have bought XRP and have bought NFTs, and now it will not allow me to connect to the XRP NFT site and will not allow me to move my XRP from the wallet. Don’t waste your time or money.
Funds stuck
After moving XRP and receiving an NFT I can’t seem to be able to move them out. The app states that the wallet is read only which is something I had not seen before.

If you were bamboozled into downloading this wallet and unwilling logged out of your app due to no fault of you own listen up. Hopefully you wrote down your seed phrase because you can recover it. Select import wallet. In the seed phrase section use all lower case letters with one space between each word. “like example number one” do not use upper case or punctuation. Doing it like this should allow you to gain access. Also if you haven’t used this horrible app please don’t!!!

Supposed to find your wallet to receive the NFTs however UpHODL doesn’t allow any funding. Disappointed

I was locked out of this wallet for almost 48 hours. Without any action, wallet returned with no explanation. I would like to close this wallet and get my XRP back, but there is no option for that. Direction say open wallet, click three dot tab, select delete wallet, which is not there. No answers. Uphold says wallet not associated with them even though help routes you back to uphold. Need help, but none available

Horrible Wallet
This wallet needs to be taken down. I have tried to move some XRP into this wallet. Failed every time. I do not recommend this wallet at all.

0 Stars-SCAM cannot move wallet to new phone. Cannot Mint NFT. Seedphrase does not work even though correct. No QR code to move wallet either. RUN. Shame on you Uphold for leading us here. Give us our XRP back!!
Doesn’t accept any type of transactions
Very disappointed that uphold promised Xrp army nft and then said you had to have 20 xrp in an uphodl account. It won’t let me buy with debit, credit, checking, Apple Pay…nothing!
Something is very wrong with this wallet
I was completely locked out of my wallet for over 24 hours. It would not accept my seed words. Without action or doing anything my wallet was restored the next day. I believe this occurred when someone made an offer on a NFT I had listed. Strangely, this person’s wallet was in my app, and I could have transacted on it. Serious problems here.

Lost my nft
I minted my NFT.. a few days later it auto signed me out for who knows why and I can’t get back into the account even with recovering, when I recover the wallet it’s an empty wallet… I only made 1 wallet with them.. avoid this scam
Seed phase started new account not old account
I used the app to collect my nft from the xrp giveaway . I also purchased some NFTs . I could not get my transactions to log in to nft.xrp so I deleted the app and started over with my seed phase. My seed phase was correct but it did not give me back my account. It started a new account. I have the address and it is a read only address until I can get some support from the app. So I email the app help email provided and I receive mail failure.
