I’ve been trying to reach a live agent to get help for my rewards, and they keep closing the conversation and telling me to start a new one. It’s also stinky that the rewards reset before I could even use it because the ads didn’t want to load properly— trash app

This is extremely unfair. I had just reached K level after spending a lot to support my idol, and suddenly my account was signed out. When I tried logging back in, it said my email could not be found.
I did not delete my account, yet it now appears to no longer exist. I’ve invested both time and money into this platform and can’t access the account I worked hard for.
