I didn’t even have to reach out to customer service. The minute I had an issue, they picked up on it and sent me a text rather than me even having to call them! They helped me handle it right away, and it was literally the easiest customer service experience I’ve ever had! Upkeep is literally the best.

I used this app to get 25% off Botox at Kate Somerville. I also got an additional $100 off as an intro offer so I ended up paying around $9.50 per unit instead of the $16 they usually charge there. Super easy scheduling via app and great customer service over email when I had questions. Highly recommend!

This app is seriously the holy grail, think ClassPass but for beauty. The customer support is also incredible there was a system error and they were so quick to fix the situation. All my local Med Spas are on here at a discounted rate, I don’t think I’ll go back to making beauty appointments any other way 🤍

I received a gift card from my sister as a gift and finally went to redeem it and was having issues. Customer service was super responsive, helpful and resolved the issue so quickly. I was very appreciative of the communication and assistance! I was able to book my services right after and the experience in the medspa was beyond amazing as well!
