It’s so nice to have all this content so accessible at my fingertips. I especially love being by able to listen to the meditations and music without being tied to the Internet. I can listen to the them while I sit in the solitude of the woods behind my house or on a walk where the signal is weak and not worry about my focus being disrupted by a dropped connection or lag. Hurray for Uplift!

This is a fantastic resource!
I love the meditations and the ability to download them and use them offline. There are very few guided mediations I have found that give enough space to go deep. These mediations accomplish this big time. Plus the music that accompanies the mediations is so good. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in creating this app. 🪷💗🪷

Having so many wondrous resources in the palm of my hand to help me make time for daily reflection, meditation & stillness - I feel so lucky! And I love that I can quiet all the notification noise and still access my favorite meditations and inner resources.
