I had a problem with the purchase my order said it was there with the checkout. The price was doubled. Talked to Alan the manager. Not only did he get the price back where it was supposed to be. He switched it out for a different product of equal or better value and up held the same price for me go Alan and your team.

Can’t select time
Loving the back button but now when you sign in to check out there’s no time to select for pick up. 🤦♀️
New Update Is a Game Changer
Glad this app finally got the update it deserved. I love UpLift and shopping here, but the old app experience was not ideal. Now I am able to easily place an order and access my account and loyalty points. No more double logins, no more crashes. Thank you UpLift for giving this app the love it deserves.

Perfect experience after the update
The new update has completely revitalized the app and it works perfectly now. I can place my order straight from the app for pickup, check my loyalty points, and even see my past orders to easily reorder. It’s so much better than before and makes everything super convenient.

Great app! Very user friendly!! Better than all of the other dispensary apps!!!
Inconsistent
App doesn’t always work. You have to constantly log in. From the app, to the store. Over and over. My log in is in a loop. It constantly makes me sign in, and puts me back on the log in page. Over and over and over. Pointless for an app if it can’t work properly.
Freezes
Can’t order it’s now freezing up. This app just keeps getting worse!!
Back button
A back button would be great for navigating the app. Having to go back and start over every time is to time consuming
Good app, unstable website
The app itself is great; being able to see my loyalty points is nice. The shop website, both in app and in browser, is really unstable and hard to use at times. It freezes constantly and never remembers my login info even though I’m logged in to the app itself. Another issue I had in the app that I don’t have in browser was things being removed from my cart as I log in.
