Needs Update
Please offer an app that actually fits phones that have been out for over 3 years, offers a stay OR away mode, and integrates with Alexa or google without the extra steps of using IFTT integration and asking for more money. You’ve had THREE years!

This app is getting dusty!
This app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years! Notifications stopped working around that time. No updates. Nothing. It’s basically just a toggle switch for arm/disarm away mode. Could we have an update please? At least fix Notifications.
App is completely broken
This app used to work great, but they just added a new terms of service notice and now the app doesn’t work at all and you can only read the notice.
App is minimally useful
Very disappointed in this app. For the price I pay per month to the monitoring company to use it, it should work better. I tried using the app inside my house to arm it one night and it didn’t arm as stay but rather as away so when I activated the motion detector the next morning, the alarm went off. I find the texts useful to know for sure I set the alarm but other than that it has not been useful for me.

Only one mode
App is responsive but however we can only use the app to arm away mode, please improve this app and add an option for stay mode.
Horrible app
I would give it 0 stars because it can’t do the one thing it’s supposed to - arm and disarm my alarm. Don’t waste your time with this app and make your alarm company use a different product/service that actually works. Customer service is non existent.

Useless app
Not working in iOS 11.4.
Terrible app
Absolutely useless app. It has the most basic of basic features which only turn on/off remotely, that doesn’t even work.
Not working anymore
Just get a blank white screen now when I open the app. Running iOS 11.2.4. Glad I pay 21$ a quarter for something that has lost all functionality. PLEASE FIX or UPDATE the app!!
Limited Capability
This App would be far better served to allow the user to arm the Alarm in an Away mode or in a Stay mode.
Currently the only mode is Armed Away which means if we have pets in the house, their motion will set off the alarm whereas if the option to arm the system in a Stay mode, the possibility of them setting off the alarm is removed and the App is much improved.

Will you at least try to make this better?
I would've given it 2 stars (1 for arm, another for disarm) but I had to deduct 1 star for push notifications not working. Sadly, the app is really just an on/off toggle. No Arm-Stay option available.
Where’s the update?
First update in two years and it’s not available. This app is rudimentary at best and often fails to correctly report the state the alarm is in. It also fails to connect and allow you to set the alarm. They should just give it up.
LAMEST APP I’VE EVER SEEN
Lame, inconsistent, no functionality, only works 40% of the time, usually just says “no internet connection“, these folks could care less. Customer service dose not exist.

It quit sending Audible notifications, i.e. No sound...no text..does not work...how hard is it to fix an app..?
Not Reliable
Besides the other comments about not being able to do anything besides arm/disarm & the text notifications coming in as different phone numbers, I am now experiencing inconsistencies regarding notifications from the app. I don't like using the text feature because it clogs up my messages but now I don't even get my notifications from the app regarding arm/disarm. Useless!
