Great mentoring app
Great app to find and connect with mentors to learn a new skill or for pure career guidance. I know there is a strong team continuously developing and improving this app. With no ads I appreciate the work the founders have put into this.
Not useful
I really don’t see the need for an app. It doesn’t work and the retention rate is terrible. Mentors don’t respond or they just stop interacting after a few sessions.

Frustrating. Mentors don’t really have the need to continue using the platform.
It took months for me to find a mentor on this app. I eventually found one but he eventually told me he would prefer to continue our sessions outside the platform as it doesn’t do anything else. We continued our mentoring session outside Upnotch.
Perfect for seeking a mentor in any industry
What's nice about UpNotch is the vast database of mentors representing years of valuable experience in all industries. As an HR professional I appreciate being able to receive mentorship from leaders in Human Resources and other positions I work closely with in an organization, such as CEO and CFO types. The platform also offers communities of interest (ex. Women in Human Resources) to support mentors and mentees connect and develop throughout the mentorship journey.
