Worst App
This app is working fine before it’s new update after i updated it’s not working , i login with my registered number it’s show no data found with this number very disappointing with this app
Login issue in version 1.2.1
After updating to version 1.2.1, I cannot log in. The app shows ‘No account found’ and ‘Details Not Found’, but the same credentials work perfectly on the UPPCL web portal. Please fix this issue.
Poor app with no support
I am getting my numbers emails I’d printed every month on bills, while registration it says no details found with this number. However till tomorrow it was working fine

App not open, while opening the app, a message appears “Something went wrong,please try again” after reinstall the app, error message appeared instantly instead of login screen
Issue in region
It was working fine before today. It was showing pvvnl login. Now sudden it shows mvvnl. How to change this beacause if it doesn’t show option to change mvvnl to pvvnl. Then this app is of no use for us.
Fraud application and authorities who are involved with this
The latest bill as per this application and the new installed meter shows a significantly higher reading compared to my normal usage pattern, which appears to be incorrect and unreasonable.
This pattern is following every month. Its clear cut official looting process of government including various so called agencies.

Disastrous App
Disastrous. Initially worked for few days! Now unable to open only. Cant even check bills and on a small amount the electricity is cutoff. Huge mismanagement. Need to look over this and fix ASAP
Very poor Experience
Very poor experience with the UPPCL Smart App. Daily electricity consumption is not updated properly, and there are no regular updates for many days. On top of that, the balance keeps getting deducted daily without showing clear usage details. This lack of transparency makes it hard to trust the app. A smart meter app should provide accurate, real-time data, but this one completely fails. Needs urgent improvement.

Absolutely useless – Fix the "Technical Error"!
This has to be one of the worst-designed apps I’ve ever used. The entire point of having a "Smart Meter" app is to be able to check your balance in real-time, yet that is the one thing this app consistently fails to do.
Every single time I open the Current Balance tab, it’s the same story: "Due to technical error, unable to fetch current balance. Click to reload." No matter how many times I click "Reload," nothing happens. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about your own electricity usage and balance. If the developers can't keep the most basic features running, what is the point of the app?

Can’t even fathom to think what my government has come to.
This is where tax payers money goes to? Like really? It seems like they deliberately invest in websites and apps that will never work or when they work, they will torture the one using them. No government website or app functions properly in this country. We really are messed up and need to get things right. Please someone remove this app from all app stores and never allow such apps from Indian government on your stores.

Data issues
I trying to sign up since last month but your team not updated data. Application showing OTP send to email or number but no otp received since 1 month only in this app other applications from UPPCL working fine.
Not Able to SignUp
Using my Registered Phone number after that its showing your number is not in our system but I got every sms on my number from uppcl and its registered from long time and even not able to Login .
This app is not working
The UPPCL app is completely broken. It constantly crashes, fails to send OTPs, and won't update bill payments. Extremely frustrating for an essential utility. Avoid using it until major fixes occur.

Nothing is updated ! Help desk executives never pick up the call ! Just for show and troubling the consumers this app has been created !

Low quality app
This app doesn't work properly, doesn't allow to put comments more than a line. Few options doesn't work. Balance doesn't show if clicked on Refresh button. Also, if we raise any complain, it never appear in the complaint list or history. Pls work with good developers to make it workable. Issue facing in iPhone 15

It looks that this application is created by Jio, but this application seems very slow and very unresponsive. Many multiple times not able to pay the bills even not able to reflect the correct amount and sometime it hung
