This app makes remote banking very easy to perform. I would highly recommend this app, I use it on 2 different apple devices; iPad & iPhone, and they both work without any issues.

Balance can change daily
The app is easy to access, the big complaint I have is that it changes from day to day. It looks like it just takes the last 60 days, and adds/subtracts the transactions in that time period. I’ve gone into the bank and showed the screenshots and print outs that I made . This makes it hard to plan if say, one partner makes a purchase and forgets to tell the other about it so we can put it in the register. The biggest value of online banking is being able to reconcile the checkbook, but when the balance changes it makes it hard, and we’ve overdrawn a few times because the balance is hundreds different from one day to the next. Two days ago there was a positive balance of $700+. Today my husband is taking an advance because we show -$300.
Please update the software to show current balance instead of whatever it is you’ve got now.

I've been using the app since it first came out, compared to other banking apps utilize it works nicely for my needs.
Meh
You can do basic things, but I frequently have to call to reset PW. Transfers are clunky. Can easily transfer to/from HELOC. Mobile deposits are a pain compared to other banks.

I like this app. It's very simple to use, but doesn't offer a lot of options to do things like set paperless preferences and other little stuff. The app does what it's meant to do without any problems.
