Password issue
I tried repeatedly to login with my password to no avail. The app keeps giving me a message about an “Api issue”. I reset my password and I kept having the same problem. I was finally able to login through the website. This app is unusable as it keps telling me my password is wrong when it’s not.

More like a website wrapped into an «app»
Not a proper app. This seams to be a failed attempt to produce a web version of their website and loosely put it in a wrapper (I’ll guess a chromium wrapper)…. But it just doesn’t work properly, I’m always fighting with popups that I can’t close because the button is outside the frame of my phone… forcing me to overly zoom out to see it, and zoom in again so Incan read stuff etc etc

Update
It needs an other update, the app version keeps telling me i need to upgrade my browser. I have to access through google, safari or Chrome
Mauvaise mise à jour
L’interface a changé et ce n’est clairement pas fait pour être utilisé sur un smartphone. L’ancienne version était bien meilleur.
Decent idea, horrible app
The app has too many issues for me to list, but I wish our condo had gone with something better.
Please bring back mobile UI
Since version 5.0.4 the desktop version was just slapped onto the mobile app, and its clearly not optimized for an iphone. Although it had a lot of missing features the previous mobile UI was way better for a phone. Please invest in a proper UI for phones, it’s time to move to 2022, thank you.

Stalling, slow, frustrating
We’ve used this at three meetings. All fellow condo owners find it terribly frustrating to use as it regularly freezes, n there are long waits for someone to speak. The buttons for Audio and Video should appear permanently on the screen (blocked of course until unblocked my managers) as members can’t find them when the moment comes to speak (ad they only appear then). Long boring, annoying waits ensue as members peer right and left trying to find the button to unblock their Audio n Video. Managers keep repeating ad nauseum to “unblock your micro” as our lives slowly seep away!
Explanatory video only available in French. A video in English and French should be sent to members just before meetings to familiarize them with workings. This software needs much work!!
