Great app. Who doesn’t want a cash offer?
I’m a realtor and it’s great for a buyer who doesn’t want to be contingent on selling their home. It allows them to put in stronger offers. And in this market everything helps.

Doesn’t work
Can’t even Upraze a house!! It says “does not have address” I tried a bunch of addresses it doesn’t work at all it seems like this app has constant problems and no one is trying to fix them!
No network
Been trying all weekend to login and no network found.
Not worth installing
I used Zillow previously to gauge my homes value and whenever it was followed up with a full appraisal, it came out within 5% margin of error.
With this app, my house is coming out at 50% of current Zillow value.
In addition, I recently talked to a realtor and the average transactions of comparables is coming in right in the +-5% range.
This app claims to be developed by realtors. I believe that the developers should consider an alternate career path as this app is a dead birth.

One of my most used apps as an agent
After a few closings with Upraze being spot on with the selling price of the home, I’ve found my new pricing “cheat sheet”. This is a great tool for firing a value off for a home during a quick convo and a great tool for any realtor in their app arsenal.

This app is awful. Can’t even sign up. Waste of time.
Don’t waste your time—Doesn’t work!
This app doesn’t work. It gives the same value of a home even if you change the amount of beds, baths and sq ft. So a 4 bed 1 bath w 1 car garage 2400sq ft home is valued the same as a 6 bed 4 bath 3800sq ft home with a 3 car garage??

(And in one particular search, the neighbors house which was half the size w half as many bedrooms and bathrooms w less than half the land was valued $75k more!)
So much for being more accurate than Zillow!!!

I don’t know if it was the time 12.0.1 update but it won’t load anymore. Before that it was great

Bummer
Can’t get app to do anything! I get logged in and then it just sits and spins. Deleted app twice and re-downloaded and still same outcome.

Appraisal off by 63%
This app under valued my home by 63%.
A brand new home, built in an upscale suburb of metro-Detroit, where they average retail Sqft price is $200. Upraze estimate came in at $68 a sqft, the National average is $130 for build cost!
This was a new build and uPraze had no estimation capabilities for a new build.
Even if this was not a new build, the estimate was so ridiculously far off.
Zillow’s are at least in the ball park

Terrible
This app is bad. Houses don’t show up because error message says “still expanding our maps”. Suggestion: Don’t launch and advertise an app that’s not ready and doesn’t work. Zillow is much better than this app.
Awesome App!
I am in real estate and ive used Upraze on multiple listing appointments now and have had great success in visually showing and producing a Uprazal to the prospect which ultimately led to getting signed contracts! I also tried the app on my personal properties and it was exactly in line with what i know my homes are worth!!! Great app, great value to homeowners, and extremely accurate! Highly recommend downloading.
