Avoided Surgery!
I’m happy to add my voice to the list of those who avoided spine surgery thanks to the Uprightly Program. So grateful I found these guys!
Who knew? Spine shape matters.
This program is incredible. My lower back has hurt for years due to herniated discs from a trampoline accident when I was young. I’ve always had great posture but this program showed me my lumbar spine area was flat instead of a forward curve like it should have. This is probably due to the metal “corset” the doctors had me wear for two years. The corset pushed down on the pelvis and up on the rib cage to take pressure off my discs.
The Uprightly program has helped me rebuild the curve into my lumbar and re-inflate (my words) my discs. My back has never felt so good. With the help of their Spine Pro, chair and bed I feel like I’m 10 years old again. I love it!
