Absolute garbage
I was trying to ship an oversized box after hours and the app refused to recognize the box, so I couldn’t open it. I allowed it to use my Bluetooth, location services, I tried all sorts of troubleshooting and nothing worked. It also couldn’t find any other drop box locations near me. So frustrating.

Super easy
It only took a second to download the app and it was very intuitive and didn’t involve a gazillion steps. Also nice to know that my package is secure and I don’t have to drive all the way to the UPS store. Convenient!
Doesn't Work
App does not work! After I signed in, it continued to to me back to the log-in screen. Waste of time!

Owning their Part
Had a really rocky start with this app, but their customer service team swooped in, owned their part, and got me rocking and rolling!
Doesn’t work at all, waste of time
Spent way too long at a “convenient” drop box just to be unable to log in or even create a new account, so I couldn’t drop it off despite being at the box. Account still works fine on UPS site so it is 100% a bug in the app

Seems like the other one star reviews are true. You best better fix this app so that way people are not wasting their time trying to use your drop box service and potentially causing a decrease in your current customer base and new potential customers too.

App just plain does not work! You download the app it brings it up and it just freezes. I’ve tried multiple times to remove it from my phone and reinstall it to no avail. What a joke. This is the second time. I’ve tried it in two months.

If I could give us zero stars, I would. I drove out of my way to drop off a package at a drop point. I have the app downloaded, but cannot access the app cannot drop packages in the box without using the app total waste of time. UPS should be embarrassed

I’d give a review BUT this app has never worked! Thank goodness that our local driver is willing to take our packages.
Useless
The app doesn’t work at all. Just spins. Even if the app worked, I just want to drop my packages off. I don’t want to have to scan anything, or sign in or wait. I’ll use FedEx or USPS from now on.

We've used UPS for work for years. But UPS changed the Dropbox and this app doesn't even work. Will be changing to FedEx.
