No UDisc

I get that it sucks to pay 30.00 for UDisc, but I’m not sure what this app provides that makes me sad I spent the money on UDisc. My area has 5 courses, including one of the best in the state, and only 1 of the 5 is listed on Upsi. I’m sure there’s a way to add courses, but I’m not in the business of fine tuning my app when I can just pay for one that works out of the gate.

Thanks for the honest review Montanan56. This kind of feedback helps us a lot. Course coverage is our top priority and we're working on closing that gap. We've added close to 1,000 new locations this year alone, so if you tell us which courses are missing (or just your area), we can usually get them added quickly. And truly the fastest way is to add one yourself, it's only a few taps. We're happy to walk you through it. We're glad you've found an app that fits your game; that's what counts most. Work to be done

Fantastic that they are a Worlds sponsor - app seems to have a lot of potential but data is quite out of date. They need to partner with local DG clubs to get the data/courses updated rather than hope that local players put in the effort to map the courses for them. I will try it again in the future, but for now UDisc seems to be the superior app.

Great App with potential

I switched from UDisc to this app because I'm not paying $30 dollars to keep score. This app is a great alternative and has potential to beat UDisc if they add a few things. Not being able to change pars during a round is very annoying. A lot of the course layouts are not correct. Besides that it's my only really true complaint about the app. The social part is great buddies give me crap during a round and it makes me laugh. All in all a great app and I will be using regularly. If it was $2 or less a month I would subscribe but again $30+ a year is too steep for a logging app.

Thanks for the review, we really appreciate it. And thanks for the improvement suggestion about updating the layout during the round. There is a tradeoff with the offline capabilities that has been blocking this. Maybe we need to re-evaluate the need.

A Great app with tons of potential!

This is a great, free application! I definitely like the features that come with it as well as the fact that you do not have to pay for some membership so you can keep a scorecard with multiple people. The variations in strokes between players as well as the ratio of birdies, pars, and bogeys+ give a great idea of scores and such. A few features that I would like to see added would be the ability to change the color of the background (pink gets old after a while), add the amount of feet for each tee to basket when creating a course, add course difficulty, and the options edit current courses without it creating a new layout.
Keep up the great work! Im pushing this app to a lot of the people that we disc with locally in our league. Trying to get your app some attention because it can definitely take the place off the other disc golf apps with a little bit of development
