Not a good app
L’application ne fonctionne pas correctement elle est très lente et je n’arrive pas à voir la couleur et les grandeur des vêtements sélectionnés je dois les mettre en favoris pour finalement choisir la couleur et la grandeur souhaitée c’est tellement compliqué et en plus il y a jamais rien en stock pourtant j’aime ce magasin mais l’application est vraiment décevante.

The app lags every time I use it, buttons don’t work, it freezes & shuts down. Functionally unusable now

App is so badly donee. Def should invest in making the app better for phones idk how it got approved but other than that great shop.

Je déteste l’application. En plusieurs années, je l’ai installé plusieurs fois et ça ne fonctionne jamais. Les articles ne se mettent pas dans le panier et lorsque j’essaie de visionner les autres couleurs (d’un chandail, par exemple) je suis incapable de voir ça. C’est une déception totale. Nul.
App is slow
I love the very nice clothes but the app constantly glitches.
Overheats phone
Unlike any other app I ever use and I like to shop lol no idea why urban planet specifically seems to require jet fuel levels of energy turning my phone into glitchy molten lava
App has lost it’s functionality
The app will randomly shut down and kick you off, this was not an issue I experienced before. The layout of the cart has been changed as well and it’s a struggle just to be able to see what items are in the cart. It’s so disappointing because this app was perfectly fine before but these unnecessary have basically made it unusable.

Excellent quality, beautiful clothes, good regular prices, but almost every week there’s few days when they a run a special sale when a lot of items are are half off or buy 1 get 1 type deals, plus so often shipping are free.
App moving slow & shutting down constantly
I can’t use the app anymore cuz it’s so slow now, it constantly freezes and shuts down. Makes my phone overheat. No other app on my phone does this.

Le français ne fonctionne pas
Vraiment nul je mets français et après je vais sur recherche et c’est écrit tout en anglais laps n’a pas été créé pour le monde qui parle français
Lack of categories, glitchy, not user friendly
First there was no category for dresses / rompers, then there was for a few months, now there isn’t again. Frustrating because I can’t find any place on the app to browse the dresses. I could search “dress” however the navigation for search results is glitchy and needs work. Also, when an item sells out, I can no longer remove it from my cart and it just stays there blocking up the area. The general new setup of the cart page is very weird as the total and subtotal take up almost half of the screen so it’s hard to see what’s in your cart. Feels very “zoomed in” so to speak.

Canceling order
I tried to cancel an order as the address was wrong. They told me they would be back in three minutes to solve the issue. I waited over 20 and still no help. I can’t change the address through the website and can’t cancel it myself. Their customer service team is a joke and doesn’t accurately help and respond.

Glitchy
The colour and size of the item I select doesn’t transfer to the cart correctly. I’ll select M in black and I’ll get XS in white in my cart. Some items I’ve really wanted to buy sold out on my because I wasn’t able to select the colour and size I wanted
