This area, located on the eastern edge of Kanagawa Prefecture, was initiated in 1983 under the supervision of UR, and infrastructure development was carried out over an area of approximately 102 hectares. Ingenuity with emphasis on cityscape and safety (skyline formation, separation of sidewalks and roadways, integration of stations and commercial facilities, development of utility tunnels, spatial design, district heating and cooling systems, etc.) has been incorporated in all areas.
