I was not warned AT ALL about my free trial ending and got scammed out of $50. Be very careful if you get the free trial.

They will use the 3 days free trial as a bait then charge you for the whole month even you cancel the same day for the free trial.

A server disappears when you pay for it
It’s my first time using the app and before the subscription, there was the country I want to use (Algeria) then after I bought a yearly subscription, Algeria disappeared. WTH

Médiocre - service support nul
J’ai payé un abonnement de 2 ans pour VPN Algérie, et depuis 4 mois pas d’accès , plus de 10 e-mails envoyés au support client mais pas de retour , que des mensonges comme quoi le service vpn Algérie suspendu momentanément et il reviendra rapidement, pas possible de cette situation en plus pas de remboursement malgré j’ai demandé avant les 30 premiers jours comme ils disent sur leur site

J'avais besoin de l'Algérie en VPN. J'ai donc payé l'abonnement, ça a fonctionné quelques temps et ensuite plus rien pour ce pays !! Je désinstalle et réinstalle, devinez, l'application propose ce pays de nouveau mais en réalité, quand vous ouvrez l'application, plus rien.
Je veux donc un remboursement pour les mois restant car c'est impossible à utiliser !! Merci.

Not trustworthy
I’ve signed up to Urban vpn fir and only one specific country server, it worked just fine in the beginning but the country server kept desappearing from the list of countries. Every time it happens I write a a request to solve the issue, they did solve the issue once and the country in question reappeared but in the next issue occurrence they stop communicating or doing anything to help. Now I have a server they is useless for me for the rest of the year!!! Very very disappointed 😡

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! I got the 3 day free trial first and it worked really well can’t lie there it felt like the best vpn ever. Then i bought a monthly subscription cuz it was so good and yeah then it switched so terrible like really bad not working sometimes not connecting not even working like it did in 3 day free trial. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

Not as many servers as shown
On the image it says they have servers in places like Afghanistan, American Samoa, etc. but when you download it. It does not come with these servers.
