The platform Urban pro is really helpful in connecting with teachers across India teaching various skills. The best part is they are keeping the Demo classes free so that we can first understand our requirements and then pay and pursue the course. Thank you!

Urban pro must shut its app as they r BOT bothered about customers problems N issues being faced. Not able to join classes through app, despite highlighting, except false assurance, they did NOTJING.
Bad privacy. Spammy.
Bad app with 0 privacy and spam controls. You get spammed by trainers very soon after you just even search for something on their app

Booked two demo sessions with them and for both the sessions the instructor never showed up.

Unsafe
UrbanPro shared our phone number with tutors who began messaging on WhatsApp. When we raised privacy and cross-border concerns, staff member Rahul was rude. Should this app be shut down for violating family privacy and safety standards?
Fraud app
I had a terrible experience with this app. I paid money to register as a teacher with the promise of being given access to teach students, but after the payment, I was completely ignored. They took my money and never gave me access to the teaching platform.
I reached out multiple times for support, but received no proper response or resolution. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like a scam targeting educators who are trying to earn honestly.
Please don’t fall into the same trap. This app is not trustworthy and should be reported for fraudulent practices. I hope this review helps prevent others from being cheated like I was.

App crash(struck)
After selecting the course and area its not able to move next step to get the tutor details. Its hanging there itself i tried with multiple phones like IOS n android but still i am facing the issue . Plz do the needful for this issue
Good app but needs improvement
Good app but it needs improvement for example, there are some issues with the chat. If you send a chat , same record appears twice one as sent and another as unsent. This makes it very difficult to track chats. Additionally sometimes the links to join meetings donot appear correctly like instead of opening in the app it opens on the browser always. Otherwise all good.

Fitness class review
Very happy with learning with my trainer Sonal online. She makes learning fun and is very systematic in her approach. Also helps me with diet. I tried going to a gym for a year but didn’t see much results because I was a total beginner and no much support from trainers in gym. Also trainers sometimes keep changing in the gym. I found that what I was looking for in learning online with Ms Sonal on UrbanPro. Thank you!

All fine just the teachers Internet are lot weak so instead of a one hour you must need to study a half n hour more and teachers are bit distractive

This is the worst app and they scam us
Please dont get the subscription in this app, they will ask you to pay even after paying subscription. Its better to report this app and let it go from the app store
