Urbanyz Residents

Urbanyz Residents is the official app for residents and property owners in your community. Control who enters and leaves your residential community, and manage your household — all from your phone. VISIT PASSES Create access passes for guests, delivery drivers, service providers, or work crews in seconds. Share the QR code or visit link so security can authorize entry without delays. Schedule one-time or recurring visits, and track the status of each pass. MY PASS (PERSONAL QR) Generate your own identification QR code as a resident or owner to speed through the security gate. MY RESIDENCE If you are the head of household, manage household members: add residents, activate or pause their app access, and set full or limited permissions. FOR SECURITY STAFF Security personnel can use the app to scan visit pass QR codes, verify resident and owner identity, and log daily entry and exit records. Sign in securely with Face ID or Touch ID. Switch easily between properties if you are linked to more than one unit. Available in English and Spanish. Urbanyz Residents is part of the Urbanyz ecosystem, designed to modernize community management and daily life.
