Constant crashes
The app has been experiencing crashes for years now.
Terrible
App gives wrong holiday/non chargeable dates. Misleading the users not to pay where the parking charges are due. Crashes all the times. Avoid unless you want your car to be locked up by the parking attendant!!!!
Convenient and effortless
Apps works great and is a convenient way to pY for parking in Sofia. The only downside is that there is not much info in the app about the parking limitations. For example for Blue zone there is a limit of 2 hours per day. A map of the blue and green zones for Sofia would be handy as well.

Ако искате да си заемете паметта на телефона с нещо глупаво,проблемно и неразбираемо как и защо ти взима пари,това е приложението за Вас.Локацията на автомобила съм я задал.Закупих си някакъв ваучер за 10 лв,който никъде няма обяснение за какво е и има ли смисъл от него.Вместо да ми плати паркинг на локацията където съм паркирал и където самото приложение зададе за колата ми,това чудо на интелектуалната Бг IT немощ ми плати на локацията на телефона,а именно капанчето на плажа?????!!!!!!Ваучера си стои с лев по малко и ми брои за час,което се обезмисля ако трябва на всеки час да влизам и да взимам лев от ваучер за да платя паркинг на телефона си.Подминавайте смело и търсете паркинг чрез Google maps.

Keeps crashing please fix
The app works fine if you can get it to load. It crashes on start on iOS 17.xx and I have to reinstall it each and every time in order to use it. Devs please fix this, it’s impossible to use in this way.
App wont load
The app won’t load. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it, then I re enter the name and password. Then the app will load. Once I close it ,I have to do the same thing again to log onto it.

- You park your car, you open the app and it crashes right away. And it keeps crashing over and over. Absolutely no way to pay through the app!
- You pay some other way to the end of the day and go home. Open the app and it works now. What changed?
- You park your car at night (after Blue Zone paid hours), you open the app and it doesn’t crash this time. You want to pay for the morning - no way to do this - doesn’t accept payments until the Blue Zone hours start in the morning. The Blue Zone parking machine can do it - why don’t you model your app logic the same way?
- You pay some other way to the end of the day and go home. Open the app and it works now. What changed?

Buggy
FB login doesn’t work. Apple login worked in Sofia but now that I’m in Plovdiv, it doesn’t work. The app crashes when trying to login from Plovdiv. I feel uncomfortable sharing my credit card details with such a buggy app. If your app is so unstable how likely is your credit card database properly secured? This app needs to support Apple Pay to protect our credit card details.

Absolutely ridiculous service and no refund
Paid in 15 leva for vouchers and despite location services being on it kept saying location services not on or searching for coordinates even though they were on as the next category shower where exactly I was located but there was no possibility to get any active parking. And then there was no option to refund the money either and so the money was completely lost.

Useless app doesn’t work
I logged in all the details then the app Juat crashes, very difficult for non Bulgarian mobiles to pay for parking !
Better Service
You should be able to set the timing from what time to start not only until when. Also should be able to calculate the charge based on the timing not rounding on 1 LV min.
Also add when the dates are free of charge as weekends or national holidays and when the paid time kick in and when it finished to facilitate costumers and not overcharge them!
