Best resource for shy bladder on the market

I’ve tried many solutions for my shy bladder, all of which have been expensive and inconsistent. This app has really helped me to finally see some progress after years of struggle, and the price is minimal in comparison. Looks great too, easy to use.

Thank you!!! I’ve been looking for an app like this, since downloading and following the Gradual Exposure Plans I’ve gone from a 8/10 sufferer to a 2/10 sufferer. Would recommend to anyone struggling with Paruresis.
