App keeps saying unknown error every time I try to register. I have an iPhone 13 max pro.

The app does not work. I have tried multiple times to sync with my devices and yes they are all ios13. Every time I tried to register the product it gives an unknown error and will not register. DO NOT get any product associated with this app it will not let you register.
