Integrated an account deletion request within the mobile hamburger menu and implemented the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) modal to trigger upon app launch. The cookies set by our server (pringledataservices.com) are strictly session-based, functional cookies required solely for API authentication and secure communication between the client application and our backend services. These cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to maintain an authenticated session, and they are never shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third-party services, advertising networks, or data brokers. Our application does not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking of any kind. No behavioral data, device fingerprinting, location data, or usage patterns are collected, aggregated, or transmitted for advertising or profiling purposes. The sole function of these cookies is to validate API requests and preserve the user's authenticated state for the duration of their session. In full compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, when a user selects 'Ask App Not to Track', the application immediately honors that decision — the cookie consent banner is suppressed, no consent cookies are written, and any existing browser cookies are cleared. This decision is persisted locally and respected throughout all future sessions on the device. Our cookie usage falls entirely outside the definition of 'tracking' as outlined in Apple's ATT guidelines, which defines tracking as linking user or device data collected from the app with third-party data for targeted advertising, or sharing such data with a data broker. Neither of these activities occurs in our application.
