App doesn't work

I get getting an error and I got charged for it.
Software vendor reach out and make this right. I downloaded the app bc I needed the help, not bc I wanted to waste time

Meh.

I bought pro version so I could have all of the questions but all it does is show me the spinning “purchase” wheel. So when I close the app and reopen it, it says I need to buy pro, so when I go to restore purchases, it says I haven’t bought the it, THEN I have to attempt to rebuy it & it’ll tell me I already bought it so it says it’ll restore the purchase... gives me the “purchasing” spinning wheel and never lets me into pro.
