system error

All I’m getting is system error, making ordering difficult

Doesn’t load

It would be nice if I could get the stupid service agreement to load but no I can’t update it just gives me a white screen so it’s basically useless

Bad

Maybe the worst app I’ve ever used. 0 stars

Split view

It would be nice for split view to be added to the app

Still glitchy after 2 years of use...

As the title says, I have used this app and its iterations for the past two years. While in some areas there are definitely redeemable qualities, however, the main problems I have are the fact that it glitches so bad that it will make huge quantity jumps on cases. I.E. I need one case and it glitches it will jump to 11, 77, or even 111. Then in the process of overcoming the glitch on my end, I have noticed it will drop items that already “successfully” in the order. I know that there are a lot of moving parts in having a app with hundred thousand items, but this is a very important tool for restaurants and at the very least that glitch finally needs to be addressed.

horrible app

It cannot move around from page to page in shopping list order. it only allow to move to the next page. It takes longer time to load anything. Inventory section is more horrible. The inventory data that you entered would be lost in the middle. You are just pressing your luck. This guys need to listen to actual kitchen workers in order to improve the app.

Good but glitchy

I started using this app for 3 weeks now and its alright. there is some bugs that needs to be addressed. When I put the number of cases in it will jump up to a high number. For instance, i order 1 case of fries it will spike up to 111 automatically. So at the end of my ordering i have to go through and readjust everything that messed up. I’m using a 6th generation iPad and I always have a good connection. So in fairness it is convenient in some areas and not so convenient in others.

Simpler than iPhone app.

Much more intuitive that the iPhone app. Has a real home page and easy links to the delivery and invoice sections right from that home page. Love the links to the scoop items and USF catalogue.
