Why does it need full access to my calendar - to add hundreds of events I don’t want?
I don't want religious holidays on my calendar!!!
I don't want other people's religious holidays on my calendar!!! How hard is it to offer an option for different religions.
NO mystery holidays
1) I like to have the official US federal holidays when feds, doctors, and the banks are closed. I don’t need the holidays from other religions, unless I want to be cautious around Ramadan. I like being able to select which holidays I want.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I’ve used this app for a number of years. It is completely customizable. You can view the holidays you want and not see those you don’t. Also many different different calendars to choose from based on Country, religion, etc. I highly recommend.
Waste of $2
The app gives you a “choice” of US holidays to opt out of but it doesn’t really remove any. And you get “holidays” for all kinds of things that you probably don’t want and can’t remove.

I downloaded the app simply to have a calendar of US federal holidays. It’d be nice to have them on my phone and not just in my office

This app states it is free for 1 calendar. However, the only option available is to purchase it. This is false advertising!
Great app
Highly customizable way to add many types of calendars. Easily syncs with whatever calendar app you use. Some negative comments are not accurate (Mother’s Day is there). And $0.99 a year is a bargain for what you get.

Need Help to Remove Some Holidays
I like this app and while it’s wonderful to see a bunch of random and unfamiliar holidays, I cannot figure out how to delete unwanted holidays. I really do not care that today is National Blueberry Popover Day, for example. I would really like to remove all holidays except for the US Federal Holidays. The description implies this can be done, but I cannot figure out how to do this. I also could not find any way to contact someone for support other than by writing this review. If someone can tell me how to remove unwanted holidays from my calendar, I would really appreciate the help! Using iPhone and iPad.

NOT WHAT IT SEEMS!
At first when I BOUGHT this app, I really thought highly of it, and actually didn’t mind PAYING for the yearly updated version, even though it says no subscription. It’s true, there is no yearly subscription, but you do have to pay a nominal fee for a new year. That aside, what’s really bothering me is, I’m realizing I can no longer eliminate certain holidays I have no interest in. They are all attributed to the US calendar, but are either Islamic or Muslim in nature and CANNOT be deleted!!! They are not even listed on ANY calendar for selection! All other holidays can be, but not these select few! So, guess what?! Gone from my phone folks... Even though I was interested at one point in their observances, losing my right to choose turned me off cold!

Doesn’t only show holidays you want
I selected just the specific holidays I wanted to show in my calendar. Every time I would reload the calendar, it would automatically have reselected to show all holidays. It was a pain and not worth the download.

Can’t get this app open. It says it needs access to your calendar’s go to privacy settings went to settings privacy calendar that didn’t work. went to the Calendar app on my phone opened up add calendar that didn’t work. Looked on support page useless.
Great App
So much better than the US Holidays that come with iOS as half the holidays on that one are not even remotely close to US holidays. Thank you so much for this one!!!
