Non arriva la mail per completare la registrazione e accesso nell’app. Ho effettuato la card da qualche giorno e ancora nulla, questo perché probabilmente il caricamento è manuale sul sistema delle nuove card. È un processo della customer journey da migliorare, non esiste un centro di assistenza.
Il cambiamento passa anche da questo, per ora solo una stella, ma costruttivo. Se avete necessità di sviluppare un help desk non esitate a contattarmi…e forza lecce 💛❤️
