Ridiculous downgrade
I find this new app to be far less informative and far less user friendly than the previous app. The “promises” made for a new and easier to use app with information “at your fingertips” is a joke. I couldn’t even find something as basic as the current roster for the USWNT. I’m seriously losing interest in American soccer, since it seems to have given way to too many outside interests.

Just give us the date and time…leave the countdown for match day.
Insiders Points
Match checkins and insider activities finally work again with the app update but the items available to use points on are old giveaway items. What happened to the store gift cards?

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work you can’t sign in or create an account you can only continue as guest.
Calendar Sync?
It’d be nice if one could sync team schedules to a calendar.
Completely broken on iOS 15 for over a year
After installing the most recent iOS 15 compatible version of the app from the App Store, the app will display the following message on app startup:
‘Update required
This version of the U.S. Soccer App is no longer supported. Please update to the latest version to continue using the app.
Update <button>’
Pressing the update button opens the App Store to the U.S. Soccer App, with the option to open the app, forming a cycle.
As a result, some Insider benefits are now inaccessible entirely as they are not accessible by other means (e.g. US Soccer website)

Used to be good
The app used to be decent but recently it is just glitchy. Everything related to the Insiders program typically does load and you will miss caps and points being added to your account because it never processes right. The customer support is useless, they never respond.

so, i love soccer and im a big fan of like, Sophia Smith, Christian Pulisic, Weston Mckinnie, Trinity Rodman, and the us soccer app does a great job with the behind the crest videos to show all the players personalities off the field. one thing i do wish tho is that the videos would come out sooner 😭😭

Unusable
The main features such as game check-in, selecting a roster, and voting for player of the match don’t work most of the time
Constantly breaking
App constantly has features that don’t work. Insiders rewards and points incorrectly track most of the time. Articles won’t load. Generally all around needs tons of work and updates to become more modern. Much like US Soccer in general!

Sign In with Apple Broken?
I’ve been using this app with Sign in with Apple for awhile and it seems with the most recent update, that was broken and it hasn’t been working for weeks. I’ve also emailed support with no response.
In case US Soccer’s devs are reading these reviews (like some developers), is there any sort of ETA on when it will be fixed?

Not ready or worthy
Some features don’t work on game day? One job.
That’s on me
I should have known that “enabled new login flow” in version 3.0.0 meant you were breaking the ability to log in with Apple, which now no longer works.
App not working
I can't log in. I clicked sign in and nothing happens. It will not even let me sign up for a new account. It stinks because I paid for the level I have.
Too many notifications, not enough information
The app works really well, so they e got that going for them, but they will send you and aggressive number of notifications that bring no value other than to market the apps existence to you.
Make it better
Can you fix your app? It still says awaiting kickoff for the France vs US U23, when it already happened.
Also, is there any chance to get a lineup for the friendly against France this afternoon.
This is the kind of info that will make me hit your app more often.
