Great until it’s not
I’ve been using it for 10 weeks. There’s a charger outside of my building which is super convenient for me.
My advice is to make sure that you confirm that your vehicle is actually charging before walking off. DO NOT rely on the app or the charging station to know if it’s started.
Every 9-10 charges it will show on the app the car is charging when it’s really not and you won’t be able to use the app at all for 24hrs unless you have another device you can access with the app. When this happens they will still hold the $30 for a week, and you will have to call them for a refund.
-DO NOT use Apple Pay !!!

Too Complicated!
I just want to scan a QR code, tap Apple Pay, and plug in. I gotta pee! Don’t make me fill out an entire page of contact information. Why do you need to know where I live?! Add a payment method, but don’t take ApplePay? so I gotta type all those numbers and wonder when they’ll be leaked in your next data breach? NO! Just let me scan a QR, tap Apple Pay, plug in, and go inside and use the restroom.
