We’re sorry the photo didn’t work for your application — that’s exactly what this app is supposed to prevent, and we’d like to make it right. Please email us at zhangjj2007@yahoo.com with which requirement was flagged (e.g. head size, background, file size, or the DS-160 upload error message) so we can investigate and fix it. For a refund of the $1.99 purchase, Apple handles all App Store payments: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find the purchase, and request a refund — it’s usually approved quickly. The app checks your photo against the official DS-160 rules (square dimensions, head 50–69%, eye height, white background, ≤240 KB JPEG) before export, so if something still failed on the government portal, we genuinely want the details to correct it.
