Malfunctions
The app was not working so I deleted it in order to re download and it is giving me nothing but a hard time and now making me pay for it?
So frustrating and disrespectful
Ones star is too much drivers are so rude and disrespectful driver star to cuss at me in Spanish thinking I won’t understand just because I asked him to put on a mask. And this is the case for every SINGLE DRIVER they hate wearing masks it’s like the pandemic doesn’t exist for them. another thing this app charges you twice and dispatchers have no idea and are sooo clueless it’s annoying. And if you pay card the driver will just tip themselves more when you put your information in; like no I gave you 20% that’s ENOUGH for you’re lousy services.

Bad drivers
They don’t take right route. An don’t listen when you try to correct them. Only a few good drivers, and double charge your card often. Only use paying cash
My opinion
I would not recommend if you’re using card, they’ll charge you multiple times and blame it on the computer and then you’ll have to go through a whole process just to get it back.
