No appointment showing up
I know for sure I have multiple appointments with them but none is showing up. No use of this app at all.
Inaccurate information in app
There is no way to change inaccurate information in this app.
My emergency contact is someone I never heard of with their phone number. WTH!!!
There is no history on my appts past or present nor treatment plan
I have been a patient for a while and decided to try this app.
I recommend not getting it. They obviously don’t care about updating their information or app at all

Payments don't work
I am incredibly frustrated in this app. You think your payments go through when you pay on the app but it does not then get slammed with a large bill. THEN the billing department won't call or tell you payment is due instead they harass you to confirm your appointment.
Do not pay through the app, it doesn't sync with anything or give you invoices to follow.
