Worst service ever been asked 4 times for invoice and still Asking for the same thing
Worst service ever been asked 4 times for invoice and still Asking for the same thing. 2 weeks delay and parcel is still at customs as they say and asking the same and same again. They removed phone number and chat to avoid angry people and now communicating like a robot only. WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN

Horrible experience
This is probably the worst experience ever when buying anything online. Every possible step is complicated, unorganized and with auto response from AI. Never use it again
App is good but:
To expensive for service like this, to slow, counting everything to increase price.. there are lot of better company’s with better price and time

I tried to have some medicine mailed to me from the USA but it never arrived. Never received any notification from them about receiving the package. I tried calling them on the number listed on the app but the number listed is a scam where they try to get you to say “yes” to a free $100 gift card. Don’t waste your time on this app. It’s a total scam!!!

Slow every time
Unfortunately, because it is only this company. They are doing worse every day. After the cargo is delivered to their office, you send a message again 1 week later and they say no, we could not find the cargo number, the cargo did not arrive. Then they find it and send it, but it takes too long. I wish there was an alternative.

2. ავტორიზაცია eeevery single time 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ დავიჯერო შეუძლებელია ამ საბაზისო ფუნქციონალის ისე გამართვა რომ
ყოველ ჯერზე პაროლი არ მქონდეს შესაყვანი? ან რომელი ინტერნეტ ბანკი თქვენ ხართ 😒
3. სადღაც ვტორიზაციის გვერდზე ინფუთსა და ღილაკს შორის ცარიალ ადგილზე! შემთხვევით თუ დაგეჭირა უცბად ავტორიზაცია პაროლის აღდგენის გვერდად გადაიქცევა და ასე 2 ჯერ შემთხვევით პაროლი შევიცვალე
4. პაროლის აღდგენა ეგრევე ავტომატურად პაროლის ცვლილებას არ უნდა ნიშნავდეს!!!! ვიღაცას ჩემი მეილი რომ ჰქონდეს ნებისმიერ დროს უნდა შეეძლოს პაროლი განმიახლოს?
