Please provide updated version of 36-2903
I'm leaving this review to hopefully catch attention to this issue. The 36-2903 you have linked in-app is outdated. The one you have is from Feb 2024 but there's a more recent one with Corrective Actions Applied in Mar 2024. I use this app for usually only 3 things and checking the 36-2903 is one of them.
Edit added Nov 14, 2025: I removed a star from my review. I recently PCS'd and my organization is not available to add. It should be, it's CONUS and a COCOM is here. I'm very limited what I can do on the app without having my org.

Typical
I’ve been trying to use this app for the last 4 years and every time I try to open it the app either crashes or gets stuck on the loading screen. I then have to delete and redownload the app just to get it to open properly. Probably the most annoying issue is trying to find any information on base agencies due to how the navigation is set up. Everything seems like a scavenger hunt.

Traaaaash
Worked before barely. Would at times force close itself sometimes or most times lagging loading anything. Now with the latest iOS 26 update wouldn’t even load just force closes. Most of the time info in app is outdated or incorrect anyway.
Unsat in the words of the USAF
The app all most never makes it past the loading screen, on the off chance it does it crashes. I really don’t understand how the Air Force can even have a competent app. Who funded this? Garbage
Needs an update
App will continuously crash while opening so you have to delete and redownload just to use it one time. Because the next time you want to use it the cycle of crashing will happen.

This app is yet another failed attempt of reinventing the wheel. You’re better off going to the Amn/NCO/SNCO page for any updated and relevant information you could possibly get from this app if you even got it to open for you without deleting and reinstalling. Hopefully someone important enough or knowledgeable enough, sees this and actually fixes something for once instead of pretending the new shiny thing works great. If only there was an option to give negative stars…

Please add the 31st Fighter Wing , it’s not on there for me and was very useful but then I updated the app and it took it off of there
Only certain bases show up
This app doesn’t even have all the bases on it. My friend has bases on his app that I don’t…so much for “excellence in all we do”
Needs massive work
Slow, buggy, and doesn’t include Kunsan AB like was advertised at Newcomer’s brief.

Lags and crashes
Using the application for communication with my flight. When opening the chats or view replies to texts, it crashes ALL the time. Before I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it, the app wouldn’t let me see a single text. So I’m glad it works a little bit, but it shouldn’t keep crashing, yet it does

This was a great app. Now it never gets past the loading screen.
Wont Even Open
This app won’t open past the loading screen. I left my phone connected to internet and on the loading screen for an hour. I tried deleting and redownloading. I’ve tried turning my phone off an on and nothing seems to work. This app is a waste of space.
Does not work
I have downloaded the app multiple times and I cannot get past choosing my organization. After that, the app crashes when opening the app.

Constantly crashes and won’t open how am I expected to use this?
Doesn’t work anymore
It’s sad my base pushes this app for important notifications like road conditions, gate closures, and weather, but can’t even get it to open. I would consider removing it from the App Store. 1.5 stars for that many reviews is a scam.
