I tried using the app to mages an appointment with the passport office. Noon of the open appointments show up, so it was impossible to make one. I tried looking up hours of operation for the post office. There is a section for it but the days nor the hours are actually posted. Does this app actually do anything? Do ICE complaints actually get sent? Right now I'm highly doubting it
