Paid for Pro and don't have it
I paid the $149.99 for pro and don't have access to it. Still asking me to pay again. No customer service contact info to fix my account
'Recording failed'
Set everything up as advised via the MacBook , after 10 mins of recording it said 'recording failed' and wiped all the footage. Tried against, same thing. Between this and the phone app, lost a days work. V unreliable.

I hope the Mac version also keep getting updates. If there is a lifetime purchase option it would be so awesome for both iOS and Mac, definitely gonna buy it.
Impossible to remove
This app is an absolute nightmare to remove from the Mac after “uninstallation”. It completely breaks FaceTime and always chooses to be the default camera (showing their logo) even when uninstalled.
Best of the best App
This is the companion app to Detail app on Mac OS. I am a vlogger and was used to OBS but detail goes far and beyond for giving you simultaneous multi angle cinematic video recording. It is a complete studio on mac and once you switch to it there is no going back. There is an amazing team of developers behind it constantly upgrading it. Must try app.
